Installation:
- Open the carton and check the closure
Open the carton and check the closure and accessories are in good condition.
- Prepare the tools
Prepare the screwdriver, wrench ...
- Installation
CH037 is used for aerial hanged. Fixed the aerial hanged kit in closure. See below picture.
Operation
- Please read this manual firstly.
- Use inner hexagon spanner take off the screws, then open the closure cover.
- Confirm the length of fiber optic cable and strip out the cable jacket, see below picture.
- Fiber optic cable installation
4.1 Put the cable in cable hole, fix it by cable fixing part, cable strengthen member fixing kit, then arrange the fiber inside and coil them. Connect the fibers by fusion machine, protect by heat shrinkable sleeves. Then put sleeve inside splice trays.
4.2 Check sealing components and process requirements.
The cable should be fixed by cable tie before entry fiber splice tray.
The cover of splice tray should be close.
Tighten all screws
Sealing material are in good condition
- Close the closure
- Close the cover, make sure it is well closed with base, no gap.
Use inner hexagon spanner tighten the closure screws, check closure base and cover are fixed well.
